Operations and Resource Management in Education
This course will focus on the skills, knowledge and dispositions that enable administrators to plan and schedule work, models of resource allocation, procurement, apportionment, accounting, budgeting, scheduling, and evaluating fiscal and human and time resources in alignment with schools, Minnesota state and federal expectations, contracts, bargaining processes, and arbitration, and models and processes used for creating class and district schedules.
